Our new partner for thermoplastics and thermosetting plastics molding
Ocrim's new partner is a company that has designed and constructed dies for plastic molding since 1960.
Their facilities include a technical office for the research and design of clients’ dies and a workshop with sophisticated machining centres and EDM equipment. Injection molding for thermoplastics and compression molding for thermosetting plastics are performed by 14 computerized press machines. Their capacity goes from 40 to 1400 tons and they are able to mold items up to 12 kg in weight. Air molding is also available. The materials used go from the most common polymers (PP, ABS, PA etc.) to the most complex techno-polymers (PPS, PET, PEI etc.).
Some of their main clients are: Martinplast, the CNH-Iveco group, Argo Tractors, Lombardini Motors, JCB England, Barthe France, AGV Group and Menozzi.
They hold an ISO 9001/2008 certificate.
